input: 1hz to 60,000 hz ttl signal output: 7segment LED display, showing 00.000 hz...

anyone know where to find?

Hi Rich.

I bought a multimeter from Harbor Freight Tools that has a frequency counter that goes up to 200KHz. It was about $20 on sale.
