Wal-Mart Testing Robots for blind customers

i watched a video of it and it has the same red base that i have seen on several robots, mostly university or other above hobby level robotics prodjects does anybody know where you buy them if they jsut might happen to be under or close to 200$

and they are a bit over the $200 mark, sorry to say! You need to add another zero...and then some.

There is a somewhat less expensive version, AmigoBot.
