USB wireless-izer? I think there is available a box that will convert any USB device into wireless. Search google.

It's relatively easy to do. You can either use a consumer-grade wireless camera back to a framegrabber on the "control host", or run everything on board the robot, generally at the expense of run-times/size.

See the link in my sig for one way to do it.

Hope that helps -- m

You might want to check the ASUS WL-500b router below to see if it can work in the bridging mode. Otherwise if you just must use that cam, then buy a laptop with wireless and you should be good to go (batterys included!).

It won't work. What you are asking does not exist. Wireless USB is under development, but won't work with existing USB devices. Wireless FireWire exists, but is not useful for your4 application. Wireless video however is available at every corner, using regular video cameras, like the $8 sugarcube cameras sold by pretty much any electronics store.

And stop insulting people. It make you look like an idiot.

There are no stupid questions, but there are stupid people.

I'll try to explain why you are stupid. I'll use short words so you have a chance to understand. You have a USB webcam. Such things are meant to connect to USB hosts. Hosts are things like laptops or desktops. There is no inexpensive option to adding connecting a generic webcam to wireless (at least, not cheaper than simply buying a camera with that capability built in). If you did even modest amounts of searching and knew even a modest amount about computer hardware, you would realize this.

None of this is why you are stupid. You are stupid because you are insulting the people you are trying to solicit for help.
