Now if we could figure out what happened to our court date. The previous order indicated:

"ORDERED that a status hearing shall be held on July 26, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 5..."

Judge Walton has 'Sentencing' in "USA vs CAMPBLIN" currently scheduled for that date and time.

From looking at the pdf, it went back in time to July 26th , 2005.

since these are computer generated, perhaps the error has become greater then the sum ?

"ATF selected the United States Air Force Research Laboratory ("AFRL") located at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida, to conduct testing to determine the reaction rate of ammonium perchlorate composite propellant ("APCP") when used for its primary or common purpose (i.e., as a rocket propellant).

Yeah... like this is going to be a real objective test. You KNOW this is going to be nothing but a snowjob. Can you define what is is? IMO the court should have selected an outside (non- governmental) reasearch lab to conduct tests. Then when the "real" test results are proven... Judge Walton should tell the BATFE to P*ss off, you can shove your rulemakings up your arse, and here's what the new rules are going to be. Hey the courts seem to be legislating everything else, why not what the BATFE should rationally be doing.
