Now I'm going to play devils advocate for awhile....Over the past year or so in here( meaning RMR) at every point I have seen andread numerous people "poo paw" the idea/concept thata LMR/HPR could be "weaponized" ........AND even if it was "weaponized" , therewere much better candidates around as weapondelivery vehicles.....In fact if you look at some of the current RMR posting tothis latest uproar over the "twin towers" of deceit(schumer/lautenberg), you will still see people saying the same thing.......I guess it never dawned on anybody that exhorting LMR/HPR were "poor" weapondelivery systems would convince anybody , especiallypoliticians and the ATF, in this post 911 world, that they would be a benignthing......Since I'm playing devils advocate here, and this is the thinking that iscurrently being thought in the DOJ/ATF, lets see what theysee shall we?Terrorist scenario #1Sleeping al-queida cells in the US, purchases O class motors(over a period oftime) ( or they make their own APCP O motors), scoresof them and they create LMR and a multiple rocket launch platform( the back ofa pickup truck) where they launch a "swarm" of LMReach containing bio or chem warfare powders........Under this scenario, the terrorists are located in 20 major cities, each with apickup truck, each launching 20 missiles into thewind so they drift over populated areas, releasing their deadly content......Now I know the above sounds, well farfetched........But up until the hijacked747's slammed into the WTC and the pentagon,evidently our security people never envisioned the use of large jet airplanesfilled with highly combustible jetfuel as a wmd....The point is this.....yes gasoline,kerosene,etc are all better explosives thansay BP or APCP.....and yes, their are otherpropellants that can be "homegrown" but the politicians and the ATF don't careabout that because they know that they really can'tdo much to control those ideas......BUT they can control APCP, BP and LMR/HPR,because only a...

That statement makes absolutely NO sense. How can the US SC ORDER the FL SC to do anything BEFORE the FL SC acted? You're making a chicken-egg statement that is absurd. The FL SC acted unconstitutionally FIRST by extending the election in FL. The US SC told the FL SC that it was overstepping its authority in doing so (paraphrased legal mumbo jumbo), so you see, the electiuon was won by GW, Gore attempted to steal it in the FL SC and the US SC said "No way Jose?"
