Can anyone tell me what the casing for the single-use EM H50 is made out of?

bit: it looks to me like some kind of black phenolic tubing..

Thanks. I've never knowingly seen phenolic tube before so I wasn't sure, but suspected it could be that.
I also agree its black. ;^)
Especially with foamy propellant.
