Even the FAA has said it intends to soon re-examine its original amateur rocketry exemption..
I am looking for information on the web to verify this claim....
has anybody heard that the FAA is contemplating performing background checks on people who apply for HPR/AR waivers..as part of Homeland Security requirements?
