I am looking for someone who can mill G-10 fiberglass rocket parts - fins, centering rings, bulkheads and the like.

Many standard shapes were made by Precision G10. You can contact MagnumRockets.com to see what they have in stock:

You could try Red Arrow Hobbies. I just received a set of three .093" thick G-10 fins from them today. Excellent quality!
