Jan-Michael Vincent got into legal trouble through (IIRC) domestic violence. He looked pretty wasted a year or so ago when he was interviewed for Entertainment Tonight/The Insider (I consider those to be the same program, since it's the same production company and same resources and so on).
Sold to a German Medevac company and it crashed while on a rescue run.
