I've been away a while. Does anyone now make a 1/35 scale M59 APC kit? Is a good model available in any other scale, pre-made or kit? Thanks.

Nope. This is something of an orphan but can be scratchbuilt without too much hassle. The fact that AFV Club makes an M41 suspension (which this vehicle used) and single-link track for same helps out a lot.
The M59A1 with commander's cupola will require swiping one from an M48A2 kit by Monogram though...
