Hi,
I have a PE set, and according to the instructions I need to cut away some plastic from the kit part and glue the PE behind it so it shows through the opening. Only problem is that the plastic in question is about half a centimeter thick, and the area is very small. I don't see how I can do this, anyone have any ideas?

Sand it. Use a file. Use a fine chisel blade.. Kind of depends on the area itself.
Drill small holes though, and then file out to the final outline.
PE = Photo Etch (or Physical Education, but I don't think that's all that applicable here... )
