Supercon 2003 will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2003 in Arlington, Texas.

There will be a free "make and take" event to introduce modeling to kids.

Supercon 2003 Theme: "Machines That Changed The World" In recognition of the centennial of powered flight, this year's Supercon theme celebrates the pioneer spirit with Machines That Changed The World. From the ?Might Flyer to the Space Shuttle, from the Model T to the Mustang, from the dreadnought to the Nautilus, eligible contestants recognize those machines that incorporated technological innovation, radical styling, and unique operational features which put them head and shoulders above their contemporaries. The Supercon 2003 Theme Award will be presented to the model which best typifies a special vehicle or machine that earned a place in history.

3:30 - 5:00 DISPLAY AREA REOPENS FOR AWARD PRESENTATIONS

9:00 - 5:00 VENDOR AREAS OPEN

11:30 - 5:00 DRAWINGS FOR DOOR PRIZES !!!!!

ALL FEES FOR ADMISSION, REGISTRATION AND TRADE TABLES INCLUDE ONE DOOR PRIZE TICKET. SAVE YOUR TICKET STUB AND MATCH NUMBERS TO WIN ADDITIONAL TICKETS ARE $1.00 EACH, OR 6 FOR $5.00.

ADMISSION: $5.00 per person general admission. Children 6 years of age and younger are admitted free.

REGISTRATION: ADULTS: $15.00 for three models, extra models $2.00 each.

JUNIORS (11-14 YRS.): $5.00 for two models, extra models $2.00 each.
