DS plastic tracks

Any special tips? Is there something I should know before painting it? That is going to be my first time :) I only did plastic link and length tracks until now.

They work just like styrene, which means if you sand paint off the tops of road wheels you can make them "sag" with normal cement (if you left bare spots for the glue!) or if too long, you can shorten them and cement them down to get a good fit.
