I don't want to count the number of hours that went into the site! But the response from all over the world was a great stimulus to keep working on it. These days I can't spend the kind of time on it as a few years back, but it keeps growing slowly.

I checked abms but didn't see it. Could you send me a copy privately? I don't know whether I can find a space for it on my site, since it doesn't fit the format of the 'kits and accessories' page very well. But I'm open for suggestions!
