I don't want to count the number of hours that went into the site! But the response from all over the world was a great stimulus to keep working on it. These days I can't spend the kind of time on it as a few years back, but it keeps growing slowly.

I checked abms but didn't see it. Could you send me a copy privately? I don't know whether I can find a space for it on my site, since it doesn't fit the format of the 'kits and accessories' page very well. But I'm open for suggestions!

The main reason for that is that I keep forgetting to get the CD out. I shall resolve to do better now that I have two requests.
