I repeat from my original post:

*sigh*

I had given up fast on GSA and ordered FS595 from Meteor Prod, but now

*they* send me a mail that they cannot deliver. Makes me wonder why they don't remove it from their catalog then.

Where can I *get* this thing? Should I mail all three GSA people mentioned on the IPMS page at once, hoping to reach at least *one* of them? Or should I turn to the last resort, sending a *gulp* physical snail-mail *letter*, manilla envelope, stamp and all?

I'm at work right now so I can't check until I get home, but I'm pretty sure I have the mailing address info on my computer. I'll post whatever I find in the next few hours. Also, although I haven't checked recently, the IPMS/USA web site used to have a page with the same info. Pip Moss

I used to feel cheap 'cause I had no signature.

That's the page you quoted two lines down, I suppose. :-) It dates back to 1999, and I can't find any mention of a Specification Section in the FSS pages on

On the other hand, my mail to D. B. at gsa.gov didn't bounce, however it remains unreplied.

BTW, all this talk about RMS being endangered is exaggerated IMO. You people out there are just the most terrific friendly bunch in general; the bad guys will always find themselves outnumbered.

Here's the link for the IPMS page. It contains mailing address and phone number for the GSA. I remember calling them and maybe placing the order by phone; it's been a while.

Hopefully, at that price, the fan deck is also actually painted chips, not print reproductions. However I'll go for the book in any case, and later perhaps order full-size chips of the more interesting colors.

Ahem, yes, you see, I mailed the webmaster at IPMS-USA, Robert Hester, about their webpage, and he was very, very helpful. He even called the GSA to check if the info was still accurate, and then updated the page.

Could be because the size has increased from 1/2" x 1" to 1/2" x 2".

I think I'll rather just send a fax than make a voice call across the Atlantic ocean.
