I'd say Donkervoort. They're pricey, but worth it.

Lotus Seven (actually the Super Seven). Tamiya, 1:24 scale
Caterham, again, Tamiya, 1:12 scale

Westfield did make some but didn't own rights - Caterham do!
Who didn't? There's loads of them, most differ only in motorization (from crappy old Ford engines to Rover V8 to one or two Suzuki Hayabusa, you can get just about any engine).
