Hello, I'm gathering informations on the Vickers Windsor, the last geodetic bomber built towards the end of WWII and I've been told there was a good article in the May 1985 issue of Flypast (#46). Anybody can confirm that or, better still, could be so kind to send me a scan? Maaany thanks in advance! Fabio

This one always intrigued me. My references are ONE article in an old Flying Review International, and one or two pictures of the aircraft in the background at an airshow. There's more information on Luftwaffe '46 stuff that never made it off the sketch on the bar napkin stage.
If you're in no hurry, "British Secret Projects- Aircraft 1933-1950" is coming out in the fall. This may provide some information. Kim M
The MAI Library database nine hits including at least a dozen photos (some are duplicates used by more than one publication), four plans and two color views.
This would be a small research project for MAI Research Service. $10 minimum fee would be the right amount.
Let me know if you would like a packet.

That sounds reasonable. Another resource would be the Putnam Vickers book.
