Used some tamiya paints, then forgot i only had hot enamel matt from humbrol
I need to gloss first for the decals, so any idea what i can use? i have the tamiya matt but belive it needs to be mixed not put on top
If it's Tamiya Flat Base, yes, it has to be mixed with something else. It'll turn any Tamiya acrylic paint from gloss to semigloss or matt, depending on the mixing ratio. To get a clear matt, you can mix the flat base with a clear gloss acrylic, including Tamiya Clear, or Future acrylic floor "polish" (might be sold under a different name in the UK).
