by now, no one in this group would piss on it if it was on fire.

And nobody in their right mind would pay $99.99 for the weathering effects service, presumably carried out by an autistic 3 year old. On acid.

'bout fell on the floor when I first saw the price he was charging for weathering. Hell I can do that bad a job for free. just come take a look at my models!.

FWIW - the site does have a large selection of aviation art, but as it fgures with this guy, they are all in dimensions that are not available in most frame/art supply stores. and if anyone here has ever had a frame made, well that can really break the bank. why aren't these things done in a standard dimension.... thru bitching...

It looks like it flew through one of the Kuwaiti oil fires.

I know the custom framing song and dance. I just had a 18x30 Civil War print framed and it cost over $300. that's almost twice what I paid for the print!!

Hmm, interesting weathering on the F-14 in the link. Having served in various Tomcat squadrons, and having spent a considerable amount of time in an on them, I don't recall ever seeing weathering like that. But, then again, I suppose my brain and all the pictures I took could be getting a bit fuzzy over the years.
