yes, the years when the RAF absolutely trashed the USAF in the annual SAC bombing and navigation comp', using a combination of the HP victor K2 and some very new Panavia Tornado GR1s of umm, 617 sqn, 9 sqn and 27 sqn over at least two SAC bomb-nav comp's.
i recall well the RAF news when the lads first triumphed.
