just want to let you know - I've ordered some kits online from Rainbow ten, and in one of them ( Hasegawa's 1/72 8TON HALF TRACK QUADRUPLE 20mm A.A.), the whole sprue with the gun parts are missing. I was try to contact Hasegawa, but with no luck. Then I've contact Rainbow ten, and after some conversation the guys from RT. send me free a whole missing spur. From my first e-mail to them, to package in my letterbox ( Japan - Croatia , Europe) - 8 days. I really admire their kindness and professionally. I recommend them. Best regards, Slider
