Actually, there is no "right to the internet" - any more than there's a "right to" drive, steaks, phone service, or good TV programming. All luxuries... and one which n*****ts should have taken away 'til he's at
*least* 15.
Aw c'mon, let's give him a break... Let's let him back on the internet when he turns nine years old - or when his IQ reaches double digits, whichever comes first.
