At one time the USCG had a Grumman Gulfstream II, I forget their designation, but it was before the GIIIs were ever in military service & IIRC it was often referred to as "Coast Guard One".

It was the sole VC-11A, serialed 01.

ATC-wise it shouldn't have used the call sign "Coast Guard One" unless it had the Prez on it, regardless of whether it had the serial "01" or not.
