Issue 3/99 of the Russian magazine 'Mir Aviatsiya' has the following....
A colour photo of 'Blue 51' that has a refueling probe and an empty APU-60-2NM (R-60/Aphid) launcher on the port wing.
A B&W photo of a probe-equipped MiG-31 (Bort 10) with the same empty pylon.
A B&W photo captioned as a 'MiG-31B' (Bort 45) with the pylon fitted with 2 x R-60's on the starboard pylon and R-33's under the belly.
A colour side view of 'Blue 74' captioned 'MiG-31B c/n 38401209136 786th IAP, Pravdinsk, 1995. This is shown with 4 x R-33's and two R-60's on the port pylon.
A B&W photo of captioned as 'Red 45' with Aphid's on port & Stbd pylons - it has an IFR probe.
A close-up B&W photo showing the R-60's and the pylon.
The back page has a colour photo showing two R-60M SRAAM's on an APU-6-NM launcher 9but it doesn't identify the exaxt MiG-321 variant .
It also has some excellent pull-out 1:72 scale drawings - including a probe-equipped MiG-31 with R-60's.
