Testors 1/48 F-4S Phantom II?

Does any one know the origin of the Testors 1/48 F-4S?. Is it a good kit? Fair? Steve

Shapes aren't bad but it's sorely lacking in detail, especially in the cockpit. Surface detail is raised and all vents are represented with decals. OTOH it's inexpensive and would probably look just fine as a non-contest shelf model.
