Hi, What is the closest color or mix for WW2 Luftwaffe blue/gray uniforms used by ground crew & on officer's tunics & pants? I have mainly Model Master paint. Are the blue uniforms worn on the old show Hogan's heroes accurate? Seems like Klink always wore a blue tunic. Were the ground crew uniforms the same color as the officers? Thanks, Dave

Luftwaffe ground crew such as mechanics and armorers were known as "blackmen" because they wore black overalls (probably to hide the grease and grime from working on planes). Standard Luftwaffe uniforms were a very dark blue/grey and Hogan's Heroes wasn't too far off colorwise.
