I have to creat a ORB style hole. is there any kind of hole wizard add in that will help in doing this?

I typically just keep a 2-d profile of the various sizes, then place it and revolve it.

Search the web for SAE ports, or if you have a decent hydraulics catalog from a vendor (Hydraforce or Parker), they usually have the specs in the rear of thier catalogs.

I found the dimensions in a Parker catalog, then created a library feature.
