DWG output

Mar 14, 2005 1 Replies

What's the easiest way to take a view or section and output a DWG version?

I'm not talking about generating a drawing for documentation purposes. The idea is to extract data as DWG for post processing in CNC. Imagine a bunch of holes drilled onto a plate as a simple example.

Thanks,

Here's a utility that generates a dxf, dwg, or other format from the view normal to a selected face or plane. It provides the option for including hidden lines.

Goto

and download the Export Utility macro. It will do the above and much more even in demo mode.
