$4995 for the SolidWorks Office. $1295 per year for the subscription service.
Subscription service is not mandatory. How you use the software and whether or not you share you SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and drawings with other SolidWorks users will drive whether or not you need to get subscription service. Often version incompatibility issues related to exchanging SolidWorks files may force you to get the subscription service when you possibly may not need it otherwise.
