Appears to be a bug. Take a v-groove cam roll (or something with a 90° cut in it) and mate it to run on an angle. In SW2004 all it takes is 2 tangent mates to hold it in place. In SW2005 SP0.1 the second tangent mate would over-define it - I had to use 3 different mates to accomplish the task. I turned it in to my VAR, but thought others may know of some reason I had trouble with it.
