I need to put in 13/16-20 thread, not in hole wizard. How can I put the threaded hole in? I am a little new. Thanks in advance.

Just make a hole with correct diameter and insert/annotation/Cosmetic Thread

To add to what Krister has suggested, you can also save that hole as library feature to be used in future.
