When I insert a countersunk screw it mates up with the conical surface of my part but it is reversed. I have to go in and reverse the alignment. Is there a way to go in and change how the smartmate happens? So it aligns the other way all of the time? It is a little time consuming....

after draggin into place AND before you let go with the mouse, hit the TAB key
there was an SPR 179665 on this but it doesn't show on the SWX lookup queue. My VAR is looking into this.
you could also try hitting the 'tab' key before you release the drag'n drop button.
