Amtrak Phase IVB Amfleet?

Anyone know why no one has offered a model of the post-Acela Amfleet Amtrak Phase IVB (large blue stripe, smaller white and blue stripes, lighter shade of blue than Phase IV, "new" Amtral logo). If it's true Walthers has all licensing rights for Phase IV and up, they would be the logical choice to produce. Also -- no decals either, assume licensing issues have precluded that?

Might be more of a demand issue. You should relalize that these are not new cars, just 'fresh' paint jobs. So all of the existing Amfleet models are correct in terms of body style, details, etc.

And of course, since Walthers is supposed to have the liscense, and they already have the models, where do they be? Once again, demand....
