You can always design the building yourself and build it the old fashioned way with materials you can buy off the shelf.

Agreed, Chuck, DPM has a series of modular kits for brick buildings and Bar Mills has "The #1 Kit" for clapboard structures. If you have the photos, you can recreate the building that way.
