Changes at Ajin

As of the end of this month, Ajin Precision Manufacturing will go out of the brass model business and a new company (with a similar name) will start

Has anyone heard more about the reason for the change? Is this just a normal retirement/etc. with a normal transition of Ajin's expertise... or is this a sign of a more serious quality/supply split/problem with Ajin?
