That's a nice lump. Kind of him to post worldwide -- will take some wrapping & a lot of stamps.

More seriously, shipping may not be ruinous. Will easily fit within any standard container, if you split the crank/flywheels from the base. Stuff the rest of a 20ft container with other engines & it would be a good buy ..... a common task for Ed Bolton 20 years ago! Alternatively, one of the folk that ship cars & m/cycles back & forth over the pond may have spare room.

I'd ask some more questions about the missing ignition assembly first though -- not many over here as patterns, but almost certainly pretty basic.

My advice from the US by a past owner is stay away from it unless resleaving is not a problem to you. Cylinder is badly worn
