Looks like a regular catalogue with a bias towards the railway modeller. I bought my soldering iron from Rapid and very good it is too. That is after I'd sent back the first incorrect delivery and chased the second delivery which was 3 days late. Rapid has s good quality gear but their dispatching sucks. So buy with confidence as long as you don't need it "next day".
Actually I use Rapid a lot and they are triffic.
Rob.
On a sample of a *lot* more orders than that, I can say they are an excellent company to deal with.

I didn't say that they weren't a good company, just that in my case they made a mess of the delivery. They also have a fairly long record of delivery errors with the department I work for. The soldering iron I bought from them is excellent as are the majority of the things we buy from them. As a case in point we ordered a limit switch for a rush job and paid an extra charge to ensure delivery before 10.30am It eventually arrived at
4.30pm by motorcycle courier after 5 phone calls.
Mine arrived yesterday. It's not even up to the standard of their "Focus" magazines. It's an A3 sheet folded in half seemingly mostly full of LEDs. There is, however, the offer of a free copy of the main catalogue which is normally =A33 for non-business customers.
