I'll back that.

Though I note that Colin's line suffers from "The attack of the forty foot daffodils": it's not a plant that re-scales very well. "Rounded mound" plants and small conifers do better in this regard.

But with ten year's experience showing as part of a local hospice's open gardens day, the wife also tends to say "Yes, dear, it is very nice, but you're not doing that to OURS."

The last train has run on the West Suffolk Light Railway. It was demolished this week.

Surveying a new route for a Cornish railway which, coincidentally, may just have a name that comes out WSLR begins on September 19th. I suspect a temporary length of line with a contractor's train shuttling back and forth on it may appear on September 20th, weather permitting.

Perhaps he's feeding them on ostrich or kangaroo manure :-)

If daff's were 40' tall at least our dog would not demolish them when he's playing football. We've already had n offer from Chelsea for him ( the football club not the flower show )
