Any ideas why RMWEB has disappeared again- seems to regularly just get ripped and moved somewhere else. Just when it gets interesting, the site just 'closes', and then restarts somewhere else.. Just what is going on?

The whole forum is being moved to a new server.Keep an eye on that twitter feed for news of progress.It may be back up today.
