Another engine shed shot, which logic suggests should be Holbeck, but that coaling plant (or is it an ash plant) isn't familiar and I don't recognise the large industrial buildings in the background.
Any thoughts?
John.

Russell Saxton writes (on Demod):-
"I'm pretty sure of this one as Carlisle Kingmoor. The ash plant is shown in West Coast Border Steam although from a lot further back but those houses are similar too and the telegraph poles also. As for date, pre march 1967 as Kolhaphur was running with a home made and mispelt nameplate at that time. Not sure if it kept it to withdrawal though."
Can anyone else add to this please?
John.
Kolhaphur was running with a home made
The LMS should have named 5593 John or Fred or something, in line with Keith, Vernon and Rodney. There was a misspelt nameplate, but the above isn't right either: only one 'H', between the 'L' and the 'A'.
Sorry don't know where the pic is, but Kingmoor would have been very likely for 65-66, which it probably is, what with the missing nameplate and the flash.
I don't remember industrial buildings like those in the background at Kingmoor.

According to my records, 45593 is listed as:
"Jubilee" Class, 4-6-0 6P5F or 7P - named "Kolhapur".
