I plan to go but don't know what day. It depends when time permits.

Remember to pack a lunch or snack, or you'll pay $8 for a slice of undercooked pizza at McCormick Place. And don't trip over any electrical cords, or the exhibitor will have to hire a union electrician to plug it back in.

I'll be there. Great thing joining the AWS I missed the 8th meeting I was moving. Getting in free and I have a ton of appointments booked....Funny thing is I lived three miles from there on Michigan Ave. I now relocated the house and shop to Joliet..... Oh, I can get that anvil any time now sir. Sorry about the delay!! Got a cold beer for ya. You going to be near Shorewood or Joliet? I don't think swapping it into my Benz is a good idea at McCormick. I have Two free parking passes for 1130 S. Michigan just a short jot away save 20.00 parking. Let me know I can have them in the mail tomorrow.

Rob, Since you moved, does that mean that you no longer weld in your kitchen? So you moved out into the country. I bet bet your new neighbors will give you a ration of ---- if you fire up one of your alky engines in the new neighborhood. I've been going to Morris 3-4 times a week, so dropping the anvil off in Joliet or Shorewood is no problem. About the show, I'll be there early on Sunday (and maybe again later in the week) so I'll send you my cell number and you can ring me up if you're there. Greg

Hey Greg, Yea, new neighborhood and Tuesday I had my new Oxy/Act. tanks delivered. Around 6pm all the guys in the neighborhood were milling around and I was like " f*ck it? Took the torch out to the middle of the driveway, fired her up and chopped up some scrap tubing like a gear head "homing flare" Twenty minutes later six of us were standing in the driveway milling around checking out some of my blown nitro motors (and my alkys) scratched our asses like a "King of the Hill" episode. #3 tip, 12Lbs Oxy 5psi make a testosterone flare. I'll fire up the nitro engine when the winter windows are off the houses :)

All the best,

Rob
