The best is the Miller Maxstar 150. At a base price of under $600 it is a really impressive beast.
Miller is the only company the guarantees 1/8" 7018 and 1/8" 6010 while running from a 110 volt outlet.
Lincoln also has a small inverter but it doesn't match the Maxstar 150 for specs.
Nobody else has really brought out a strong competitor for the Maxstar
150.There are a bunch of no-name italian imports in he same range, but then you have warrantee issues if something breaks.
With Miller you get a great warrantee.
