I've got one, but haven't had a chance to do more than look at it a few times yet; too many other irons in the fire.

With the battery and motor supplied, it will just about fly if your are very gentle with it. I certainly won't spend the money for their suggested "hop up" mods. although it might make it more fun to fly.

They suggest a Kosho AP29 for a "relatively cheap" power increase. This will also require a larger ESC, prop adaptor and prop. I bought the "Deluxe" kit which included battery, 10A ESC and charger. The charger is a 300 mA ac unit, so if this was some ones first plane, they would try to fly, then go home for 3 hours or so before trying again.

The plane is quite cute, but you would be better getting the basic kit and buying better bits to go in it.
