France

"Adder" asks,

We don't "hate" them so much as consider them a joke. Try a Google under 'French jokes'. Whereas the American left, by and large, is enamored with socialistic Old Europe and France in particular. Bill(oc)

The economy of France is centralized on Paris. That makes the rest of the country quite less educated, less fluent in english, never looking at american medias, never traveling out of Europa. To make it short, "the rest of the country has no clue about what is going on in international matter." You're right, these happy idiots who live outside Paris , do like USA.

Yeah! But then, one must remember that those happy idiots saw far more American uniforms than they did French ones. And those happy idiots consider gratitude and remembrance as part of their culture. As for Paris? They should teach the citizenry to be at least half as neat as they do their dogs! Filthiest stinking so called western city I've ever seen!

Hey D.H. I learned to hate the French by going there! Long about the time Carter was in office! What's your excuse? Learning to dislike the Brits thanks to you!

I don't think *any* European would be prooud to have you as a friend, Jonesy.

Even those that broadly support the USA.

In fact, I would think friends of yours are hard to come by all round.

Hey D.H., Don't go the deep end there dude. We have yet to prove you have a brain to think with.

Its an unfalsifiable hypothesis that I don't.

And therefore 'not interesting' in the technical philosophical sense.

Unfalsifiable? Really? I can think of yet another use for the handy dandy Dremel tool! We could falsify it!
