Jack died a few years back...I read that somebody bought his plan stoick but I can't remember who it was (John Pond plans?)

IIRC John predeceased Bales, but not sure? In any case AMA bought up John Pond's stock and sits on them with no idea of what to do with them. As usual AMA sits and worries about all the copyrights and such BS over OLD plans. Don't expect them to appear on the market anytime soon.
For a few more months. I was just at AMA HQ, and met the man they hired to digitize Pond's plans so they can get them back on the market. It IS happening!
