New DIY brushless motor controller Vertical Power JFET transistors

Hi!
How about these new (2003 and until now) transistors used in a DIY brushless motor controller og just ESC:
*Vertical Power JFET*
"On" @ +0,7V Rds(on) fx< 4,5 mOhm: http://www.lovoltech.com/App_Notes/Application_Notes.htm
Fx Vgs(th)=-0,25V (depletion) or +0,38V (enhancement), max. 5-50A, Vds(max): 20-25V, Vgs(max): -10V.
Are availably as enhancement (off@0Vgs) and depletion (on@0Vgs).

They are ideal for DC-DC converters; used with batteries, accumulators og solar cells/photovoltaics.

The depletion Power JFET could be used as efficient diodes (max. -10V non-conducting and 0V conducting) by connecting the gate with drain as one terminal and source as the other terminal?
Can they be bought in Europe?

Goedendag Glenn,
Ask around in this excellent diy brushless controller thread or the diy electronics subforum that contains the thread: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t 0567
Several diy brushless controller designs: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t 0454
Discussion group: www.yahoogroups.com/group/osmc (for some silly reason it's listed as an adult group (???) no worries, it's safe to go there)

Glenn,
You could try http://www.nessel-elektronik.de/ (put your sunglasses on, it used to be even worse). Or contact people in the forum at www.rc-unionen.dk , in the 'elektronik' or the 'El-Hjrnet' subforum. Or this German e-motors and controllers subforum: http://www.rclineforum.de/forum/board.php?boardid )
