New DIY brushless motor controller Vertical Power JFET transistors

Hi!

How about these new (2003 and until now) transistors used in a DIY brushless motor controller og just ESC:

*Vertical Power JFET* "On" @ +0,7V Rds(on) fx< 4,5 mOhm:

Fx Vgs(th)=-0,25V (depletion) or +0,38V (enhancement), max. 5-50A, Vds(max): 20-25V, Vgs(max): -10V.

Are availably as enhancement (off@0Vgs) and depletion (on@0Vgs).

They are ideal for DC-DC converters; used with batteries, accumulators og solar cells/photovoltaics.

The depletion Power JFET could be used as efficient diodes (max. -10V non-conducting and 0V conducting) by connecting the gate with drain as one terminal and source as the other terminal?

Can they be bought in Europe?

Glenn,

You could try
