The computers and the web is not large enough for that type question. However to summarise;-

Yes means no. No means yes, sometimes. And a bar of chocolate should solve most problems

Great info,

Do you have some info of how to charge them, so I guess that the charger stops charging when the voltage is 4.2 volts ? BTW do you have some schema of charger and how to test them to verify that they stop correctly to charge ?
