Tower 75 Pitts style muffler

I just finished searching for that very thing for a GMS .76 which I think is either the same or very similar engine. It narrowed down to either a Davis Diesel soundmaster Pitts or a Bisson Pitts muffler. The Davis unit comes undrilled & drilling is done by the user. I think it only has one exhaust outlet & is steel. The Bisson is aluminum. It was impossible to find out very much about either one but I had a couple of recommendations to use the Bisson & that's what I ordered (sort of a crap shoot). They don't stock it, so I am waiting for them to build it. I can't give you much info. other than that. Hope this helps. -- Ray

It may be the same mounting size as the old Supertigre .61 or a Moki .61. I have a couple of the GMs engines but I haven't mesured them for that use.

The C to C distance for the muffler mounting holes on the engine is 40 mm.

I have a large volume Slimline Pitts #6020 that is made for the Webra 120. The mounting holes are OK but the exhaust pipes are about 3/8 inches off center of the engine. If your cowling is large enought to accommodate this it would work fine. That is why I am looking for a smaller muffler.
