I think it was sometime in 1969 or 1970.

Lew- That was the July, 1968, issue. Construction article started on page 26.

3-views on pp 30 & 31. Sig ad for the kit "coming soon" on pp 44 & 45.

I remember the article well. I was about 10 years into R/C at that point and was drooling.
