Usually there's only two caps, but three are probably installed like this :

- one between plus motor contact and motor can - one between minus motor contact and motor can - one between plus motor contact and minius motor contact

If you only have two, you skip that last one, it's not needed because the other two capacitators will serve the same function. The polarity of the capacitators does not matter.

As for your two ESC wires, you'll hook them up to the motor either red to plus and black to minus, or red to minus and black to plus, depending on which one makes your motor turn the right way.

As for the Schotty diode, read this --

What matters is the ESC output, not the red/black/+/- markings on the motor. Be very careful -- if you get it wrong, you could fry your ESC.

Your ESC should have instructions on how to install all this stuff. I suggest you consult it.

Be aware that endos are usually timed, and if you are rinning yours 'backwards' you will lsoe pwoer and efficviency.
